Although exceptions may be made on a rare occasion, I recommend a minimum of 24hrs notice. I have a bustling schedule and this is not my sole entrepreneurial pursuit.
The hours I am available between are generally 7am-9pm (unless on a multi-day or overnight date). With enough notice this may be flexible.
I cannot stress how important first impressions are in my screening process, please take this into special consideration during your communication efforts.
